These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application Tarkin Rewards, the related website located at tarkinstudios.com, and any related services, features, reward programs, loyalty points, redemption flows, customer support tools, and content made available by us (together, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by ALESUND TEAM, S.L., a Spanish company with CIF B-88194014, registered office at Jacometrezo 15, 6ª Floor, 28013 Madrid, Spain, and registered with the Trade and Companies Registry at Folio 153, Section 8, Sheet M681827 (“Alesund Team”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. What Tarkin Rewards Is
Tarkin Rewards is a loyalty and rewards application that allows eligible users to earn virtual loyalty points called Loyalty Coins by completing specific actions made available inside the Service.
Eligible actions may include, depending on availability:
- playing selected games developed, published, or operated by us;
- reaching specific levels, maps, milestones, or progression goals in those games;
- watching eligible rewarded advertisements;
- completing eligible in-app purchases where expressly stated;
- claiming daily bonus rewards or other non-random promotional bonuses displayed in the Service.
The Service does not offer gambling, betting, lotteries, sweepstakes, casino games, real-money gaming, or chance-based rewards. Rewards are not awarded based on chance.
The Service is currently designed to work only with games and apps developed, published, or operated by us. We do not currently offer third-party game offers, third-party app install offers, external offerwalls, surveys, raffles, contests, roulette mechanics, spin wheels, or chance-based promotions.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.
By using the Service, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you are using the Service for personal and lawful purposes only;
- you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law;
- all information you provide to us is true, accurate, and up to date.
We may restrict access to the Service, certain rewards, or redemption options depending on your country, region, age, device, account status, fraud risk, technical availability, payout provider availability, platform requirements, or applicable law.
The Service is not directed to children or minors.
3. Account Registration and Login
To use the Service, you may be required to create an account using your email address.
Login is currently performed through an email verification code. We may add, remove, or modify authentication methods in the future.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and verification codes. You must not share your account, sell your account, transfer your account, or allow another person to use your account.
You may only create and use one account unless we expressly allow otherwise.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that we believe are duplicate, fraudulent, automated, abusive, or created to bypass these Terms.
4. Loyalty Coins
Loyalty Coins are virtual loyalty points used only within the Service.
Unless otherwise stated in the Service, the standard conversion reference is:
1,000 Loyalty Coins = US $1.00
Loyalty Coins:
- are not legal tender;
- are not a bank deposit;
- do not constitute electronic money;
- do not accrue interest;
- cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, or exchanged outside the Service;
- have no value outside the Service unless and until they are successfully redeemed through an available redemption method;
- may be subject to verification, fraud checks, payout provider requirements, country restrictions, tax requirements, platform requirements, and availability restrictions.
Loyalty Coins do not expire while your account remains active and in good standing, unless applicable law requires a different treatment or unless we notify you of a change to these Terms.
5. How Users Earn Loyalty Coins
You may earn Loyalty Coins by completing eligible actions shown in the Service.
Each offer or reward opportunity may specify:
- the game or activity involved;
- the required action;
- the reward amount;
- any time limit;
- eligibility conditions;
- validation requirements;
- whether the reward is pending, confirmed, rejected, or paid.
Rewards are only earned when the required action is completed, tracked, validated, and approved by our systems.
We may use technical systems, analytics, server-side events, advertising SDKs, app events, purchase validation, and fraud detection tools to determine whether an action has been completed and whether a reward is valid.
If an action is not properly tracked, cannot be validated, is reversed, is refunded, is associated with fraud, or does not meet the stated conditions, the reward may not be credited.
6. Rewards for Game Progression
Some reward opportunities may involve reaching a specific level, map, milestone, stage, or progression goal in one of our games.
The specific requirement and the corresponding Loyalty Coins reward will be displayed in the Service before or while the user completes the relevant action.
Rewards for game progression are not based on chance, betting, wagering, random outcomes, or gambling mechanics.
We may limit the number of progression rewards available per user, device, account, game, country, campaign, or time period.
7. Rewards for In-App Purchases
Some reward opportunities may involve completing an eligible in-app purchase in one of our games, but only where this is clearly stated in the Service.
Any such in-app purchase must be a genuine purchase of digital content, functionality, or services in the relevant game. No portion of the purchase price is a fee, stake, wager, bet, or payment to participate in a chance-based reward.
The price of the in-app purchase will not be increased because of the Loyalty Coins reward.
For eligible in-app purchase rewards, the number of Loyalty Coins available for the relevant purchase will be fixed and displayed in the Service before the user completes the purchase.
Purchases that are refunded, reversed, cancelled, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid may result in the related Loyalty Coins being removed, withheld, rejected, or deducted from your account.
We may require additional validation before confirming Loyalty Coins linked to in-app purchases.
8. Rewards for Watching Ads
Some reward opportunities may involve watching eligible rewarded advertisements.
A rewarded ad may only generate Loyalty Coins if:
- the ad is available in your region;
- the ad is properly loaded and completed;
- the ad completion is validated by our systems;
- the ad is not skipped, manipulated, automated, or fraudulently triggered;
- the user and account are eligible for that reward.
We may limit the number of rewarded ads or ad-based rewards available per user, device, account, day, region, campaign, or time period.
The availability of ads is not guaranteed.
9. Daily Bonuses and Promotional Rewards
The Service may offer daily bonuses or other promotional rewards.
Daily bonuses are not guaranteed and may vary by user, region, account status, device, engagement, availability, or internal rules.
Daily bonuses are not chance-based. We do not currently operate any lottery, raffle, sweepstake, roulette, spin wheel, contest, or chance-based reward mechanic.
We may change, suspend, or remove daily bonuses or promotions at any time.
10. Pending, Confirmed, and Rejected Rewards
Rewards may appear as pending before they become available for redemption.
We may delay confirmation of Loyalty Coins while we verify activity, check for fraud, confirm purchase status, validate ad completion, process technical data, or receive information from platform systems or service providers.
A reward may be rejected, reversed, withheld, or deducted if:
- the action was not completed as required;
- the activity was not tracked or validated;
- the purchase was refunded, cancelled, disputed, or charged back;
- the account, device, or activity is associated with fraud or abuse;
- the user used bots, automation, scripts, emulators, VPNs, proxies, device farms, modified devices, fake accounts, or other prohibited methods;
- the user violated these Terms;
- the reward is unavailable due to legal, technical, platform, payment, provider, or regional restrictions.
Our determination of reward eligibility may be final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Redemption and Cashout
Eligible users may redeem confirmed Loyalty Coins through available redemption methods shown in the Service.
Initial redemption methods may include:
- PayPal;
- prepaid Visa cards;
- other payout or reward methods made available through our payout provider.
Redemptions are processed through third-party payout providers, including Payouts.com, or any replacement or additional provider we may use in the future.
The minimum redemption amount is currently expected to be US $0.01, subject to the availability, technical requirements, fees, rules, supported countries, supported currencies, and minimum transaction limits of the relevant payout provider and redemption method.
To redeem rewards, you may be required to provide information requested by us or by the payout provider, such as your email address, PayPal email, country, tax information, identity verification information, or other data required for compliance, fraud prevention, payment processing, sanctions screening, anti-money laundering checks, or applicable law.
Available redemption methods, minimum redemption amounts, fees, delivery times, countries, currencies, payout limits, and verification requirements may be determined by the payout provider and may change over time.
We do not guarantee that every redemption method will be available to every user or in every country.
We are not responsible for delays, failures, restrictions, account issues, declined payments, provider outages, incorrect payout details provided by the user, or other issues caused by a third-party payout provider, payment network, PayPal, card issuer, bank, or other third party.
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist users with valid support requests related to redemptions.
12. No Guarantee of Earnings
The Service does not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of Loyalty Coins, money, rewards, or benefits.
Rewards depend on availability, eligibility, completion of valid actions, tracking, validation, fraud checks, region, platform, ad availability, game availability, payout provider rules, and applicable law.
Any examples, estimates, screenshots, or promotional messages are illustrative only unless expressly stated as a confirmed reward inside your account.
13. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- use bots, scripts, automation, macros, click farms, device farms, emulators, fake devices, modified devices, or unauthorized tools;
- create multiple accounts to earn additional rewards;
- use another person’s account;
- sell, transfer, or trade your account or Loyalty Coins;
- use VPNs, proxies, GPS spoofing, device spoofing, or other methods to hide or alter your identity, location, device, or eligibility;
- manipulate ads, impressions, clicks, sessions, purchases, events, tracking systems, attribution systems, or reward validation;
- exploit bugs, errors, vulnerabilities, or unintended behavior;
- reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, modify, or interfere with the Service;
- submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- request refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals after receiving rewards linked to a purchase;
- use stolen payment methods, compromised accounts, or unauthorized payment instruments;
- engage in money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or unlawful activity;
- harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate other users, our team, support agents, or third parties;
- use the Service in any way that violates applicable law, platform rules, or these Terms.
If we believe that you have engaged in prohibited conduct, we may suspend your account, withhold rewards, reverse Loyalty Coins, reject redemptions, block your device, terminate your access, and take any other action permitted by law.
14. Fraud Prevention and Verification
Because the Service involves rewards with potential real-world value, we may use fraud prevention, risk scoring, purchase validation, device checks, email verification, payout provider checks, and manual reviews.
We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify your identity, account ownership, eligibility, reward activity, or redemption request.
Failure to provide required verification information may result in delayed, rejected, or unavailable redemption.
We may share necessary information with service providers, payout providers, fraud prevention providers, analytics providers, advertising partners, app stores, payment processors, or legal authorities where permitted or required by law.

15. App Stores and Platform Rules
The Service may be downloaded from third-party app stores, including Apple App Store and Google Play.
Apple, Google, and other app stores are not responsible for operating, managing, funding, sponsoring, processing, or fulfilling Loyalty Coins, redemptions, PayPal payments, prepaid Visa cards, promotions, or rewards offered through the Service.
You must also comply with any applicable app store terms, platform rules, and payment rules.
We do not require you to rate, review, or promote the Service, download third-party apps, or perform app-store-related actions in order to use the Service or receive rewards.
We do not require you to enable tracking, push notifications, location services, or other device permissions in order to receive monetary or other compensation. Some features may not function fully if you disable certain permissions, but such permissions will only be requested where relevant and subject to applicable law.
16. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, systems, gameplay integrations, reward systems, databases, and content, is owned by or licensed to us.
You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes and only in accordance with these Terms.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service unless expressly permitted by law or by us in writing.
17. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party services, including app stores, analytics providers, advertising networks, fraud prevention providers, payout providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and customer support tools.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, restrictions, and availability.
We are not responsible for third-party services, except where required by applicable law.
18. Taxes
You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or other charges that may apply to rewards, redemptions, or benefits you receive through the Service.
We or our payout providers may request tax information, withhold amounts, or report payments where required by applicable law.
19. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.
We may change available games, reward opportunities, Loyalty Coin amounts, redemption methods, countries, limits, rules, or features.
Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes.
We are not liable for temporary interruptions, maintenance, technical errors, provider failures, app store issues, ad network issues, tracking issues, or other events outside our reasonable control.
20. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if:
- you violate these Terms;
- we suspect fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity;
- required verification fails;
- required information is missing or inaccurate;
- your account is inactive for an extended period;
- we are required to do so by law, platform rules, app store policies, or a third-party provider;
- continuing to provide the Service to you creates legal, technical, security, or business risk.
If your account is terminated due to fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms, you may lose access to pending or confirmed Loyalty Coins, subject to applicable law.
21. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how we share it, how long we keep it, and what rights may be available to you depending on your country or region.
You should read the Privacy Policy before using the Service.
22. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free from interruptions.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of rewards, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or technical failure.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
24. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights that you may have under applicable law.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may have additional mandatory rights under EU and local consumer protection laws.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may notify you through the Service, by email, or by other reasonable means.
The updated Terms will apply from the effective date shown at the top of the document.
If you continue using the Service after the updated Terms become effective, you accept the updated Terms.
26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region of residence provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring claims before the courts of your country of residence where mandatory law allows.
For users who are not consumers or where legally permitted, the courts of Madrid, Spain, shall have jurisdiction.
