These Reward Rules explain how the loyalty and rewards program in Tarkin Rewards works. They are part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
The program is operated by ALESUND TEAM, S.L., a Spanish company with CIF B-88194014, registered office at Jacometrezo 15, 6ª Floor, 28013 Madrid, Spain, and registered with the Trade and Companies Registry at Folio 153, Section 8, Sheet M681827.
1. Overview of the Program
Tarkin Rewards allows eligible users to earn virtual loyalty points called Loyalty Coins by completing specific actions shown inside the Service.
Eligible actions may include:
- playing selected games developed, published, or operated by us;
- reaching specific levels, maps, milestones, stages, or progression goals in those games;
- watching eligible rewarded advertisements;
- completing eligible in-app purchases where expressly stated;
- claiming daily bonus rewards or other non-random promotional bonuses displayed in the Service.
Tarkin Rewards currently works only with games and apps developed, published, or operated by us. We do not currently offer third-party game offers, third-party app install offers, external offerwalls, surveys, raffles, contests, roulette mechanics, spin wheels, or chance-based promotions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have an active Tarkin Rewards account in good standing to participate in the program.
Reward availability may vary depending on your country, region, device, operating system, account status, fraud risk, platform requirements, payout provider availability, campaign availability, and applicable law.
3. Loyalty Coins Conversion
Unless otherwise stated in the Service, the standard conversion reference is:
1,000 Loyalty Coins = US $1.00
This means that:
- 10 Loyalty Coins = US $0.01
- 100 Loyalty Coins = US $0.10
- 1,000 Loyalty Coins = US $1.00
Loyalty Coins are virtual loyalty points used only inside Tarkin Rewards. They are not legal tender, bank deposits, electronic money, or transferable assets. Loyalty Coins only have redemption value if and when they are successfully redeemed through an available payout method.
4. Minimum Redemption Amount
The minimum redemption amount is currently expected to be US $0.01, subject to the availability, technical requirements, fees, rules, supported countries, supported currencies, and minimum transaction limits of the relevant payout provider and redemption method.
Available redemption methods may include PayPal, prepaid Visa cards, or other payout methods made available through our payout provider.
5. Rewards for Game Progression
Some rewards may be earned by reaching specific progression goals in our games, such as levels, maps, stages, milestones, or similar gameplay objectives.
For each progression reward, the Service will display the relevant objective and the Loyalty Coins reward associated with that objective.
Game progression rewards are not based on chance, wagering, betting, gambling, random outcomes, or casino-style mechanics.
6. Rewards for Watching Rewarded Ads
Some rewards may be earned by watching eligible rewarded advertisements.
A rewarded advertisement may generate Loyalty Coins only if:
- the ad is available in your country or region;
- the ad is properly loaded and completed;
- the ad completion is validated by our systems or advertising partners;
- the ad is not skipped, manipulated, automated, fraudulently triggered, or otherwise invalid;
- your account, device, and activity are eligible for that reward.
The availability of rewarded ads is not guaranteed. We may limit the number of rewarded ads or ad-based rewards available per user, device, account, day, region, campaign, or time period.
7. Rewards for In-App Purchases
Some rewards may be linked to eligible in-app purchases in our games, but only where this is clearly stated in the Service.
For eligible in-app purchase rewards:
- the number of Loyalty Coins available for the purchase will be fixed and displayed before the user completes the purchase;
- the purchase must be a genuine purchase of digital content, functionality, or services in the relevant game;
- the price of the purchase will not be increased because of the Loyalty Coins reward;
- no portion of the purchase price is a fee, stake, wager, bet, or payment to participate in a chance-based reward;
- the reward may be delayed while the purchase is validated.
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, cancelled, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid, the related Loyalty Coins may be removed, withheld, rejected, reversed, or deducted from your account.
8. Daily Bonuses
Tarkin Rewards may offer daily bonuses or similar non-random promotional rewards.
Daily bonuses are not guaranteed and may vary by user, region, account status, device, engagement, technical availability, or internal rules.
Daily bonuses are not awarded by chance. We do not currently operate any lottery, raffle, sweepstake, contest, roulette, spin wheel, or chance-based reward mechanic.
9. Pending, Confirmed, Rejected, and Reversed Rewards
Some Loyalty Coins may appear as pending before they are confirmed and available for redemption.
Rewards may be delayed while we verify gameplay activity, ad completion, purchase validity, technical events, account eligibility, or fraud risk.
A reward may be rejected, reversed, withheld, or deducted if:
- the required action was not completed as described;
- the activity was not properly tracked or validated;
- the purchase was refunded, reversed, cancelled, disputed, or charged back;
- the ad view, gameplay event, or account activity appears fraudulent or invalid;
- the user violated the Terms of Use or these Reward Rules;
- the reward is unavailable due to technical, legal, platform, regional, provider, or compliance restrictions.
10. Limits and Availability
We may apply limits to rewards and redemptions, including limits by user, account, device, game, country, campaign, offer, purchase, ad view, day, week, month, or time period.
We may change, suspend, remove, or replace reward opportunities at any time, subject to applicable law.
We do not guarantee that any specific reward, game, ad, offer, redemption method, or payout option will always be available.
11. Redemption and Payouts
Confirmed Loyalty Coins may be redeemed through the redemption methods available in the Service.
Redemptions are processed through third-party payout providers, including Payouts.com, or any replacement or additional provider we may use in the future.
Available redemption methods, minimum amounts, fees, supported countries, supported currencies, delivery times, verification requirements, tax requirements, and payout limits may depend on the payout provider, the selected payout method, and applicable law.
To request a redemption, you may be required to provide information such as your email address, PayPal email address, country, tax information, identity verification information, or other information required for compliance, fraud prevention, payment processing, sanctions screening, anti-money laundering checks, or legal obligations.
12. No Guarantee of Earnings
Tarkin Rewards does not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of Loyalty Coins, money, rewards, or benefits.
Rewards depend on eligibility, availability, completion of valid actions, tracking, validation, fraud checks, country, region, device, platform, ad availability, game availability, payout provider rules, and applicable law.
Any examples, estimates, screenshots, promotional messages, or expected reward amounts are illustrative unless expressly shown as a confirmed reward inside your account.
13. Prohibited Conduct
You must not manipulate, abuse, or fraudulently use the rewards program.
Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- using bots, scripts, automation, macros, click farms, device farms, emulators, fake devices, modified devices, or unauthorized tools;
- creating multiple accounts to earn additional rewards;
- using VPNs, proxies, GPS spoofing, device spoofing, or other methods to hide or alter your identity, location, device, or eligibility;
- manipulating ads, impressions, clicks, sessions, purchases, events, tracking systems, attribution systems, or reward validation;
- exploiting bugs, errors, vulnerabilities, or unintended behavior;
- requesting refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals after receiving rewards linked to a purchase;
- submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- using the Service for money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or unlawful activity.
If we believe that you have engaged in prohibited conduct, we may suspend your account, withhold rewards, reverse Loyalty Coins, reject redemptions, block your device, terminate your access, and take any other action permitted by law.
14. App Stores and Third Parties
Apple, Google, PayPal, Visa, app stores, payment networks, and payout providers are not responsible for operating, managing, funding, sponsoring, processing, or fulfilling the Tarkin Rewards loyalty program, Loyalty Coins, promotions, or rewards, except where a third party expressly provides a specific payout or service under its own terms.
We do not require you to rate, review, or promote the Service, download third-party apps, or perform app-store-related actions in order to use the Service or receive rewards.
We do not require you to enable tracking, push notifications, location services, or other optional device permissions in order to receive monetary or other compensation.
15. Taxes
You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or other charges that may apply to rewards, redemptions, or benefits you receive through Tarkin Rewards.
We or our payout providers may request tax information, withhold amounts, or report payments where required by applicable law.
16. Changes to These Reward Rules
We may update these Reward Rules from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may notify you through the Service, by email, or by other reasonable means.
The updated Reward Rules will apply from the effective date shown at the top of this page.
